Honda VFR Owners-Club Forum - Registration

By accessing the "Honda VFR Owners Club Forum" ("https://forum.vfr-oc.de") a contract is made between you and the operator with the following provisions:

  2. The owner of the board exercises the house right. In the event of any violation of these Terms of Use or any other rules posted on the Board, the Operator may temporarily or permanently exclude you from using this board and give you a home ban.
  3. You acknowledge that the operator assumes no responsibility for the content of articles that he has not created or that he has not taken note of. They permit the operator to delete or block your user account, contributions and functions at any time.
  4. You also authorize the operator to modify your contributions, provided that they are against o. & nbsp; g. Violate or are liable to harm the operator or a third party.

4. General Public License

5. Warranty

  2.   4. Claims for liability under mandatory national law remain unaffected.

6. Subject to Change

  1. The operator has the right to change the terms of use and the privacy policy. The user will be informed of the change when the forum is accessed.
  2. The user is entitled to object to the changes. In the case of an objection, the contractual relationship between the operator and the user expires with immediate effect.
